- Synergy MLA Silver—Expanded Service offering, above Bronze level, that brings a higher level of commitment on performance and optional services, which represent a more proactive approach to working with a customer’s network.
- Synergy MLA Gold—Our broadest Service offering includes Spares management, Software Support—Premium, Annual Network Performance analysis, etc.
- Per Event Billing—Aviat also offers per event billing options for those customers who only occasionally require support. These services are quoted on either an hourly rate or at a fixed price.
