Aviat’s AviatCare Protect & Maintain portfolio of services is designed to offer flexible network support solutions that minimize the risk of downtime, improve network performance, and provide you with peace of mind.

Whether you have legacy infrastructure that needs to be supported or you are migrating to IP, Aviat provides a broad range of Support Services focused on ensuring you are getting the most from your investment.

Our Aviat Protect portfolio includes two bundled services focused on offering customers a higher level of support beyond that of our standard warranty. These services provide around quick repair of Aviat products, software maintenance and technical support from our experts. You can rest assured knowing that your network will be supported 24x7x365 by our experts available to you by phone, online, and through our host of technicians located at regional TAC locations throughout the globe.

AviatCare Maintain is a portfolio of services that includes a range of more proactive and preventative-based service offerings designed to enable customers to build on and enhance the services for preventative, corrective, and expansion requirements.

The AviatCare Protect and Maintain portfolio of services address critical maintenance and support requirements for your current, intermediate, and long term network growth and sustainability goals of your network for current, intermediate and long-term requirements:

  • Structured, yet flexible offerings that allow customers to tailor the level of support to their budgetary, operational, or performance level requirements

AviatCare Protect:

  • Extended Warranty – Extend your warranty coverage and increase support coverage to 24x7x365 TAC.
  • WarrantyPlus – Enhanced level of support that expands Aviat Networks Standard Warranty to include 24x7x365 priority technical support, advanced replacement of equipment, software maintenance, and global repair logistics, where we pick up equipment needing repairs.

AviatCare Maintain:

  • Software Installation & Optimization – Coverage of software releases for all Aviat Networks equipment - including access to any patches and upgrades that are made available during the term of the service.
  • Remote Surveillance – Around-the-clock 24x7x365 monitoring via Aviat Networks secure Network Operation Center (NOC).
  • Preventive Maintenance – Scheduled review and maintenance of Aviat Networks equipment and associated software within the customer’s network for optimized performance and problem avoidance.
  • Corrective Maintenance – On-site restoration of service or correction of network problems.
  • Network Optimization – Benchmarking existing networks, identifying and evaluating optimization opportunities, and developing comprehensive network design strategies
  • Network Health Assessment – Annual/Semi-Annual/Quarterly network health and path performance reviews, with report on assessment findings and recommendations.
  • Spares Management – Provisioning, up-keep, upgrade, and maintenance of spare parts.
  • Per Event Billing – Per event billing options for those customers who only occasionally require support - by either an hourly rate or at a fixed price.
