NetBoss XT uses a correlation engine, based on topology and resource alarms, to quickly uncover the root cause of a service problem, giving operators better control over the impact of network faults.
Performance Management
Meaningful statistics are collected from intelligent probes and directly from devices to provide high-performance and quality indicators including Quality of Experience (QoE) metrics and service level agreement (SLA) status. Service Assurance solutions with superior performance management can collect and process in real-time and historical statistics, as well as measurement of KPIs and KQIs ( key quality indicators) that truly reflect the end-to-end performance and quality of any IP service.
Work Force Administration
For resolving inputs to services, our solution is fully integrated with trouble ticketing systems—using automatic or manual ticket generation. Implemented with OSS/J standards from the TeleManagement Forum (TMF), automatic tickets are generated when user-defined thresholds are met, and manual tickets can be generated through a point and click GUI.
Customer Experience Management
