Aviat Networks invites outstanding companies to join in the community of Aviat Networks Value-Added Reseller (VAR) Partners. Companies with self-sufficient expertise in delivering solutions to public safety agencies, utility and transportation companies, government agencies and broadcasters would be excellent candidates for this program.
Be a Partner, not just a reseller
Aviat Networks invites key organizations to qualify as VAR Partners of the company. The VAR Partner designation allows an organization to purchase Aviat Networks products and service packages for resale that will directly support their revenue business model. They would also qualify as selected partners for new business opportunities and RFP activities in their region or vertical markets as identified by Aviat Networks.
Organizations will be assigned one of three levels of partnership: Standard, Gold and Platinum. Each level has different commitment and resource requirements to meet, thereby qualifying for different levels of support/pricing available from Aviat Networks.

Aviat Networks will help Partners meet their customer’s current needs, but also help them prepare their customers for new IP-based applications and future technologies for wireless broadband. Increasingly important are new service solutions required by operators who are more focused on delivering on their core competencies.
As a VAR Partner, you would be eligible to resell Aviat Networks’s industry-leading end-to-end product and services portfolio – or any parts that apply. You can provide your customers with leading wireless solutions, knowing that you will be offering the highest quality, most reliable and most comprehensive wireless solution available today. Aviat Networks VAR Partner requirements
Top candidates for the Aviat Networks VAR Partner program include organizations that are experienced with microwave networks, including point-to-point, WiMAX and 2G/3G systems, in the areas of design, deployment, operation and support. Networking experience will also contribute significantly to your qualifications. Your areas of self-sufficient expertise should include one or more of these areas to be an effective Aviat Networks VAR Partner.
The first step to becoming a Aviat Networks VAR Partner is to complete the VAR application form (see link at right). After your application has been evaluated by our team, you will be notified of our decision. Once accepted, you will be contacted by a Aviat Networks representative with further information.
In many cases, your organization may have already worked with Aviat Networks Networks, or taken several of our product training classes offered on all Aviat Networks products. As such you can include such experiences to support your application.
VAR Partner benefit
When you become a Aviat Networks VAR Partner, our pledge is to invest in your success by offering programs and support to help you build your business.
To keep you in constant touch with our program and world-wide team, all Partners can access a dedicated Partner web portal that is constantly updated with marketing collateral and product documentation. Program communications and updates to products and service bundles are also posted and available 24x7.
Partners are also provided with Aviat Networks’s sales tools that allow VAR Partners to quote, place orders and follow-up on equipment and service deliverables on their own time schedule. Advanced tools such as StarLink path calculator, Focus configuration and pricing tool, Siebel order entry and statusing, will allow Partners to work at their own pace and best service their customer needs.
Aviat Networks understands that it is both difficult and expensive to communicate your message to the market place. For that reason, Aviat Networks offers its qualified Gold and Platinum Partners assistance in creating and delivering marketing messaging. Examples include: web site assistance, outreach programs via email or direct mail, tradeshows, case study development and key messaging strategy.
Training on all our products is also provided as critical to your commitment’s success as a VAR partner. The classes are offered at a discounted price available only to qualified VARs. In addition, sales training will be offered periodically at no charge for selected VARs.
